There's always sunshine after the rain.

Every time I read this phrase it hits me hard. There are circumstances in life when we are blanketed by sadness, failure, criticism. People are always ready to question about the things which we don’t have. There are many to laugh at our failures, but few to congratulate at our success.

The greatest challenge to face in one’s life is taking up people’s criticism as a positive one and making it as strength. I have heard this one from a lecture – “The world knows the one who was pushed from the train but not the one who pushed him.”

Similarly in our lives there are many people who always push and break us. Their only motive is to see us shattered and failed. But we should always remember that these punches which we receive are to make us, not break us. A person who has never experienced failure will never value success. Failing a hundred times is better than not trying.  We may feel that some paths in life are extremely difficult. The starting point of that path seems to scare us and think of going back. But going back is never a good idea. The steps may stumble at the beginning but it leaves a mark which is the stepping stone to success.

I always feel that if I had ever heard or gave my ears to people’s criticism I would have never been at a place where I am now. The ones who criticized once are now wishing to be where I am now. There were many times when I questioned my almighty “Why me?” But now I realize that it was his plan who wanted me to go through that phase so that I could feel the sweetness of hardship and make myself strong. Those experiences have made me strong enough to face any situation in life. I have learned to take up the mockery as a positive comment. This has helped me to become a firm individual.

The sunshine which occurs after rain gives a fresh look to the nature. It dries up all the water and dirt left and cleans the Mother Nature. Many a times it becomes very difficult to keep sorrows within oneself. That time the best solution is to pour out not in front of anyone but with Almighty. The smallest whisper is known only to him. I feel that crying in front of people is not a good thing. The people who love us will be hurt and the people who hate us will be happy by seeing our situation. But there is only one person who always supports unconditionally, The Almighty. By doing so our hearts become clean and pure and the sorrows are turned into a power which helps to face the struggles.

One thing I always hold is that never allow anyone to break your pride and self respect. The day you lose it you lose everything. I don’t say that you should speak harsh and insult and keep grudges on everyone who hurt you. No, but losing to their talks and stooping to their level is wrong. Accept the way you are and keep faith on Almighty. There is always success after hundred failures.
