Keerthi was hoping around like a butterfly who had discovered its wings recently. why wouldn't she? Afterall her dream was coming true. she wanted to be famous in the social media. a year back, she had started vlogging and now she was becoming famous for it. people waited for her vlog like they waited for rain after ages of drought. Keerthi was proud of her self-independence and her popularity.

exactly after five minutes, the notification beeped, and it was a comment from badboy_badsha 

"I wish I had a girl like you in my life."

Keerthi felt butterflies in her stomach. never had she felt like that. she just clicked the heart button. after that she got many positive comments as well as negative, but her heart was stuck at this one. she didn't know why but she had a sudden urge to know that person.  

there was continuous notification beeping and Keerthi picked up her phone to check. the same person had commented on her old videos. 

" I just love the way you speak."

" You are so talented and beautiful."

"Will you be mine?"

Keerthi was smiling and was in a different world.

"Whom are you smiling at?" Keerthi was brought back to the harsh reality by Karthik's voice.

"Umm, no one. when did you come?" Keerthi asked hiding her phone.

"Just now, when you were smiling at your phone. anyways I am hungry. let's have dinner."

Keerthi served him his dinner and had hers too. all this while she was in some other world. 

Karthik her husband was a simple man. he wasn't the guy she had dreamt of. saying so, there wasn't anything wrong with him. he was good looking and earned well. he respected Keerthi but wasn't vocal about his feelings. he sometimes failed to show his love which Keerthi always dreamed about. Keerthi was beautiful and Karthik never even praised her. it was an arrange marriage for both of them. it wasn't that Keerthi liked Karthik, but her parents forced her for this marriage. her mother said, " what's there in love? it will happen after marriage." Keerthi didn't have any other option than agreeing for this marriage.

Keerthi still didn't know his name properly. she called him BB. Meanwhile, Karthik noticed some behavioral changes in Keerthi. he wanted to have a conversation with her which she kept denying. he knew something was wrong with her and with their relationship. 

One night, as Karthik woke up to drink water, he found Keerthi giggling and speaking over the phone in the kitchen. He wasn't so dumb to not understand what was cooking. He silently went back to the room. He was hurt and felt betrayed. But he thought to himself - 'WHY DID IT HAPPEN TO HIM'. they were a n ideal couple like his friends used to say. what happened then?  but he was sure of one thing, if Keerthi wasn't happy with him then he wouldn't force her to stay either. hoping to have a conversation next morning, he tried to sleep.

"what's going on?" Karthik asked Keerthi

Keerthi's face became pale, "Nothing"

"I heard you speak over the phone late night. who was it?" Karthik asked without any hesitation.

Keerthi didn't know what to answer. she kept quiet and started feeling ashamed of herself.

" You can go if you aren't happy with me." saying so Karthik left.

Keerthi didn't expect this from him. deep down she was happy, she wanted to go away from Karthik and live her dream life with BB

Keerthi left her home. she turned back and all the memories started playing in her head. she didn't want to back off. she left with a decision to never come back again.

A white car stood near Keerthi. she got into it and the car zoomed off. Karthik saw all these from his window and sighed.

" You are so beautiful." the guy said.

Keerthi was blushing. 

"You are the man of my dreams." Keerthi said.

The car stood near a lodge," We will stay here tonight and tomorrow morning I'll take you to our dream house." BB said.

At midnight, when Keerthi woke up, she started feeling dizzy. she couldn't stand properly.

"Heyy what are you doing? take rest!" BB pushed her.

" Whatttttt are you doing? what's happening with me?" Keerthi held her head.

" You will know in a few minutes." BB smirked.

Famous you tuber, KEERTHI JHA, aged 28, was found dead at RAMADA APARTMENTS LAST NIGHT. HER ORGANS ARE FOUND TO BE MISSING. THIS IS THIRD CASE IN THIS MONTH. THE POLICE ARE TRYING THEIR BEST TO FIND THE CULPRIT.

Karthik sighed reading the newspaper. He loved her but when she betrayed him, he thought that it was best to let her go rather than holding on. Karthik never showed his emotions which he thought was the best thing to do after he got cheated by his ex-lover.Poor Keerthi, she didn't value what she had and thought that all that shines is best for her. She was indeed unlucky in love. she paid a huge price for her foolishness..
